Yeah dude that coffee was nasty. I'd rather suck down that bag of milk and an apple. Guys that were there a while would gladly trade both for some coffee. I was only there 20 days.fruit n juice for coffee?....hope you was making prunno!

Yep, I hit the Gym 6 days a week, rest on Saturday.
My work outs are min 1 to 2 hours. But, due to my health issues, work outs are light. Gets me off the couch and helps me sleep.

Long time ago. I was in the Navy....
It was 3:30 am. and I was going on throttle watch in main control at 4 am.
I was sitting in the mess decks drinking some coffee and reading a newspaper.
When the mess cook came in and asked me where I got the coffee?
I got it from the coffee maker over there as I pointed to the coffee machine.
He said.... Dude, thats not coffee thats ern cleaner.
Really I says. Thats the best coffee I've ever had from here...
