30 watts is enough for vegging that 1 plant until it is ready for the outdoors. I used 6 13 watt cfl's to veg a few plants earlier this year for a lil while

coming along good bro.......you can quit spraying the soil now.......you don't want to rot the rootball.......let the soil dry out a lil bit......and then spray .

Until it feels air light. I wait around 7-10 days after the initial transplant and I have a 'start seeds' thread in my signature if it helps you.

yeah lift the pot/cup now and see what it feels like so when it is dry/light you know to water.
