Do you treat your tap water at all? What is EC coming out? Have you analyzed your water quality report? Does your company use chloramines? If so this is most likely your problem. Chloramine is a hormone disrupter and root destroyer, even at low ppms. It causes strange lockout symtoms and can even cause hermies. Do you let your tap sit out? Does it still smell like a pool afterwards? IMO you cannot trust tap water. The guys that make those reports are pressured into making the numbers appear within EPA standards, but the truth is most tap water is much, much worse on toxic metals and chloramines. Is it Organatek Coco? This coco is very high i calcium and magnesium, unless it is flushed prpoerly. Also, some general stuff with coco:
1 Plain, pH adjusted watrer atleast every other water
2. Must keep it fairly wet- it concentrates nutes really easily causing lockout and other problems.
3. Coco naturally has HIGH potassium keep levels lower then normal (30-50 ppm) unless deficiency noted.
4. Recomended to keep MG kinda low to, 80 PPM max.
6. Flush at least 2X volume of container.
Coco has high Na and Cl ions also, which can be detrimental to the plant.
What I think has happened here is you let coco get too dry concentrating nutes and it has not been flushed properly.
I think you hve LOCKED OUT nitrogen. Any large concentration of magnesium, Sulfer, calcium or iron will lockout nitrogen.
Cocotek is naturally high in MG, SO4, CA.
I Would HIGHLY recommend against adding any more nitrogen, it may excacerbate your problems. Try a FULL four X flush. Wait two-3 days. Plant will still look bad. At that point add a pH adjusted with 60-80 ppm nitrogen and about 100 ppm phosphate.
