you are dumb for saying street lights are hps. Those ones in the pictures are... But what about all of the whitish blue (MH), and greenish purple (MV) ones... The reason all street lamps are not HPS is because HPS lamps mess up the ability to see the stars in urban areas. Which can throw off observatories and bird migration. hmmm I guess I did do my research.
