FYI the fact that you have a firearm and a MMJ card is enough for a charge. I would REALLY consider keeping quiet on your garden protection methods guys. That is a FEDERAL charge you COULD be pegged with.

Nope. You will never be within your rights shooting somebody just for stealing your property......the only way they would have been within their rights would be if they had felt they were in serious physical danger or their life was threatened,......except if you live in the dirty south you can shoot police on your property and get away with it if you have a good enough lawyer lolJust informing you all that it's out there. 1.weed isn't worth shooting someone over.... EVER!
2.violence from 215ers looks really bad to others....and it's pushing mmj backwards..and the feds smile
3.you're doing something wrong if rippers know about your grow...step your game up...
4.there are better/legal ways to handle rippers....dogs,cameras,driveway alarms,pepperballs....
5. a lot of rippers are kids/teens

Agree totally. Now if we were in the indoor forum I could see gun talk. You can protect your family. But jail and prison are not the place for me.

I have 5 great dogs. I give all of my dogs one rabies shot and that's it. My horses get a single tetanus. I don't buy into the whole annual vaccination scam. My animals are very healthy
