Typical coming from somebody with fuckin camo sheets. You have an impressive gun collection, but dislike of rap from a country boy usually stems from racism. Im not saying your racist, but theres a good chance you see rap music as some terrible hoodrat music glorifying bitches and drugs and shit... and you think blacks are out of control and lazy... Idk. I'm trully eclectic in my musical tastes, I'll bump some Blackalicious, to the the Grateful Dead then play some Soulfly. I venture into bluegrass ala, Bella Fleck and ease it on down with some Kind of Blue by Miles. Rap loving folk love to point the you don't like Rap you must be a racist card" but what does it say if all you're about is Rap and Hip Hop? Should one be looking in the mirror a bit about that as well?

I don't even hear the lyrics. It isn't a question of which music is better or worse, but a question of personal taste. Whenever I hear rap or hip-hop, it's like nails on a blackboard to me. Even a distant refracted snippet makes me cringe. I make no claims that it is inherently bad music, but I cannot stand it and feel that way honestly. For me, race is not a factor. Bass otoh ... my ears are extra sensitive to bass, and a culture that actually glorifies liquefying the neighbor with your low-freq output is just morally wrong. Jmo. cn

I feel the same about heavy metal... Not saying its awful music..just not for me

lol funny you say it i did the same thing. had a salt block i put out that NEVER EVER attracted anything so i started using it for target practice.
