who thinks that they got the biggest outdoor plant so far this season?!!

that's why i'm going for the biggest ones first. the biggest buds are always most vulnerable to mold, i think of it as mother nature's tax for using her sun for free.
 
Here is my dilemma, i think i am going to run out of room in my damn greenhouse! should i just top each branch down a couple nodes?

Whatever it is, is there any preventive measures you take, for instance change the ph of the plant surface with a foliage application?

nah, there could be ways. maybe some kind of mesh to keep it off the plastic once you cut it back, or even hammer some stakes into the ground and tie the branches back.

you'll figure something out, and if you don't, plenty more bud elsewhere on those monsters.

the only precaution i take is cutting back on watering/feeding the last few weeks, constant air circulation (oscillating and exhaust fans), making sure the GH is sealed up tight, shaking off any condensation that drips off the GH and onto the plants, and constant monitoring.

i have an eye for mold leaves and if i see them, the bud is gone. stopping it from spreading when you get it is the key, because chances are you will get it. stuff just seems to blow in on the wind.

online i can only find really expensive spray bottle. but my local hydro stores sell it in little vials in a powdered form for 13 dollars a vial

it works systemically to actually remove the mold if you have it, and helps to systemically protect the plants for up to like 34 days after spraying as a preventative

iv got 2 sitting next to me right now, and they have 10 ml of powder in each vial and the application rate is 2-3 ml per gallon and its a spray so you can get a good estimate of how fast you would go through it using 32 ounces of mix at a time

i'v been told you can spray into like 2 weeks before harvest with this stuff but im not down for that, it does have a very bad chemical smell to it, but it actually works unlike almost everything else iv tried. the smell goes away after a week or two but idk about left or residue so im just not game for the chemicals into flowering i stop using it 2nd week of flowering. and after that im going to just be fogging with potassium bi carbonate mix which will raise the ph on all the leaf surfaces to like 8-9
