Whats the worse that could happen if i flower in the pots i veg? Besides stunting growth of coure. I have the the general organics full line so Im not concerned about deficiencies or should i be concerned?

if its already root bound your gonna lose on yield

Only time it would have an effect on yield is if those plants in vegging pots were or will be rootbound. Just be mindful of deficiencies it can happen to us all.

Just over 3 weeks in 1 gal roots grow bags. But they were rootbound before that in solo cups so they havent grown much...they are only about 8" tall but fairly bushy. I expect to flower around 9 wks

your gonna wanna go way bigger 5 gallon would be good but if you keep it in that small pot its gonna hurt the yield a bit

This my first grow so Im most concerned about quality and learning. Lighting and space is a bit of an issue too so i dont want monsters either. How big do u think i could expect from a 1 gal pot? Not how much yield but actual plant size?

If they're rootbound you need to repot them. It won't just hurt yield, it'll hurt quality.

it can be done.. last year was my first grow and we learn.. but nothing is wrong with 1 gal or 1/2 gal **** if you can watch her daily *** she will need more water and more often


she will need more nutes as well.. but I really did not give mine much last year

My best guess would be 4 feet tall plus flower stretch. and at the end they'd be rootbound as all get out. It'll start growing again soon and when the growth slows down transplant. Rinse and repeat. Use LST to control height at 3 feet. Upgrade later on to a minimum of three gallon container (it's easier to maintain soil chemistry) and hopefully you don't get lockout.

So you are saying to repot a little into flowering?
