they will proceed even if she wont testify

Ohhh god she's probably comatose and the baby has probably been shaken to the point of blindess or death. Might as well stop yelling at her and move on. Certainly nothing we can do.

THAT'S why domestic violence calls are some of the most dangerous.

She calls 911 because she's getting beat but THEN, when they come and cart him off, she sees a paycheck/rent/food/stability walking out the door. In MOST cases.

i'm sorry if that's the case. i got my ass kicked for several years. it's a messed up scene to say the least. domestic abuse is a big umbrella that covers charges a lot of charges one wouldn't think were domestic per se.

u could have went to police station next day and no one in your shitty area would have known

she coulda just fuckin dialed it in her pocket, let it ring a couple times and hung up and not even said a word

im not a troll, and i dont deserve to be picked on. i made a huge failure in judgement. and i had to tell somebody i kept it to myself for days and its like poison on my heart

just doing it in front of children is child endangerment and child abuse and they will charge for that too
then children service will be involved
and may not allow father to be around the child
which he shouldnt be anyways
