I got shot and didn't call the cops

Even though they showed up at the hospital anyway cause I had a gunshot wound..
I knew exactly who shot me , and where they lived. I could have easily told on him and had him arrested but somethings you have to handle yourself. Some of you wouldn't know anything about that though. I understand not everybody knows the game/code of the streets so I can understand you wanting her to call the police to handle the situation.
In my neighborhood police usually take a hour plus to respond to cases that isn't a homicide, robbery in progress, or riot in downtown.

I see ho's on the track getting manhandled all the time, most of them are into that kinda shit smh
