So because a black person has a baby that they know they have no way of feeding or taking care of, it is justifiable to commit a crime that will most likely have violent elements so long as the beloved black baby is fed? even if someone elses baby is left without a parent because of the crime?

You just pointed out the major flaw in the system. Either stop making it so that ppl have to commit crimes to survive, or dont send them to jail when they do. Thats a choice the government needs to make ASAP.

Like I said, nobody will hire you even tho u have a high school diploma based on your skin color. Gov. assistance runs out and the baby needs diapers and formula, nobody will loan u money. Your only option is to stick up 7/11. How is that not a crime of necessity?

Hippies seem to get by without robbing people, I believe they use reusable diapers and they feed their babies before they worry about fashion, hell even before they worry about taking a bath!


There were 2 homeless guys in S.F. yesterday, they get by with out robbing people. They were in the park using a public bbq and even gave medimaryuser some potatoes to go with his steak. I bet you can make enough for diapers and dinner standing by the side of an off ramp for a couple hours!
