hi again mate, the one on the left looks a bit streched so keep those lights around 3in from the top of the plant dont want it to strech to much or it will fall over(the strech prob came from when u just had the halogen on them).id turn the halogen light off now mate its not doing much where it is anyway.dont worry to much about the streched stem tho when u transplant into next pot u can bury the stem up to under neath the cotyledons.have u got your fan on them still?
Yeah i thought it looked a bit long, the one of the right is a nice little size and the 2 leaves are coming out very nice, do you think i should add more soil to the one with the long stem and brim the soil to the top or the pot to make it stronger? how long do you think it will be before i have to transplant them?? And yeah my fan is one them constant (although not blazing on them its just circulating side to side the plants dont move in the wind) , they are in darkness at the minute untill 10pm !

ye fill the pot to the top.the rule of thumb for transplanting is when the leaves r wider than the edge of your pot then the roots need more room so you've got a while yet lol.when the lights come back on try and set the fan so it just gently sways the plant that way it will get stronger and kept cool

Right here is my cannabis first grow setup, lighting and plants. The first picture is showing my makeshift grow room, the second is showing my grow box for my babies with the lamp at the top - the lamp is a 125 watt halogen lamp and is tempory untill my cfl's arrive but it seems to be doing the job at the minute! The 3rd picture is showing again a close up of my grow box and plants, the 4th picture is a close up of my 2 plants, the one closest seems to be the slowest growing at the minute and as you can see the one in the background is looking pretty good (both day 3 since planted) and finnaly the 5th picture is an outside veiw of my grow room which i think is kind of cool lol. Both the plants are Blue cheese strains, no nutes as of yet but have a collection of Bio-Bizz in the post. As i am a newbie i am looking for any hints, tips and advice, and i would like to hear some comments about the set up and plants if you could. Thanks
Ditch those damned halogen shop lights. Hotter than a fresh frigged fox in a forest fire and about as useful spectrum-wise. Choose between CFL, LED or HID (HPS or MH). Why the little box? Stealth? Poor circulation will kill as fast as no water.

They are no longer in the small box if you look at the thread a bit further down. And the halogen light is no longer on them.. My cfl will be here tomorrow ! :) thanks for the advice

that light is too close mate move it up to 18inch minimum!!! you will cook your plants with it that close bro! id put your fan closer too so that its blowing over the top of the plants. It will get real hot real quick up there with that light and it will cause more problems. even in a week!!!......plants look good tho!! keep on keeping on!!! u can get away with taking they clones now if u want
