Looks pretty good so far. I say no wait a bit longer. Plant still has a lot of brand new pistils. I guess a week, maybe 2. When its done you'll know for sure when you look at it. Its really up to you tho, what kind of high you like/expect from the strain. What strain it this and what day is it on? Tops look like querkle but the structure doesn't really.
Wasn't really planning on spending much more for a microscope camera seeing as how I'm about to tap out on the $20K budget that's gone into my sealed veg./flower rooms etc. but if there's a place to pick up a quality one real quick like w/out too much $, I'm game...
I'm not partial to the high...I'm more partial to what dispensaries desire as I'm a legal, grow only, collective...Just a first timer with the actual grow...Used to be 24/7 toker but can't do to being tested anytime of the week.
Anyways, it's called D-Bub...a cross between some pre-98 bubba and something else...Been dropping temps. for a while now and getting that purple. I have 16 of them and really just trying to hit the MARK dead on so I can pay back some of the debt incurred.
Planning to hang for a while in the 4x8 tent with controlled temp. and rHumid and then on to sealed jars to burp...Gotta another round ready to move in asap too.

Okay, looks like I'll be investing in a camera-scope...I just don't want to skimp on it...Anytime I've skimped on something, I've had more issues than it's worth as opposed to going with just pure quality.
Just used a 30x glass to see what I could today and they may just be half clear, half milky but tough to tell. I'm doing all rockwool blocks and then a little layer of perlite/rockwool mix in the bottom of 3 gallon buckets. I've been on the regimen of FEED-FEED-FLUSH and at every other day or at least every 3rd day.
I figure I'm going to go ahead and flush the 16 with 30 gallons of RO/Clearex today and then just pure RO water the next 2 days....Then hang to dry in a 4x8 tent with A/C-dehuy(1 unit).
Sound pretty good?!?
So, I'm going to invest in a decent scope...I'm not going to skimp and get a cheapy one...I want something of quality that's mobile, great picture taking, and that has any extra features that would make analyzing the trics easier than another model for what ever reason...I want a good one that I can use in the garden and on the cpu obviously...but not a full boar scientific microscope, ya know...
Any suggestions are more than welcome!!

Hey there carokann, you really think they need a full 2 more weeks man?? Just interested to know and appreciate the feedback dude.
They're D-Bub(Bubba Kush OG cross) and they're just a few days past week 8(into week 9) right now. I've had the 16 plants under 4 x 1K watt HPS lights with Mag. XXXL hoods...Temps. have been perfect as I use a mini split...Same with the CO2...I have a burner that I've had going the entire time from 1,100 ppm-to-1,400 ppm.
I just did dim the lights to 750 watts the other day and have completed 2 flushes in 3 days so far....Last night I dimmed the lights to 600 watts an hour before "lights out" and am continuing with the 600 watts today as well...gonna flush with straight RO water today(first 2 were one with clearex and second was RO).
I've been running cooler temps. both at night and during the day now to hopefully bring out some more purple....Obviously it's easier to lower temps. during the day due to dimming the lights. 60 degrees night and 73-76 right now at day time...Highest it ever was, was 81 degrees but averaged 78 degrees while 'lights on' through out the grow.
As I understand it or have read, the trichomes seem to age/degrade through the drying process. So, you still say another 2 weeks bro?!
Anyone else, feel free to chime in here too PLEASE...
I plan on hanging the stems separately in a tent that is temp. and rH controlled but before they hang, I'm planning to trim them all the way to the point of where they will just need to be trimmed off the stem so all leaf matter will be gone before they hang to dry/cure.

get a microscope and look at trichs otherwise its a 50% chance the whole grow will be pointless.
I have a jewelers loop and now a 60x-100x "Eco" brand scope with led but I can't see shit yet with it...You have to be almost smushing up against the bud.
I'm up for spending some cash on a good scope guys....Anyone know of a good model/brand that can take good pics. on it's own with out the power needed from the usb to the computer? I just cruised up to the hydro store and the only one they had required power from the usb cord...

this is what I have bro.. 10X-150X. Kind of a pain in the ass to get focused, you need to use the stand but once you get the hang of it its nice. Takes nice pics as long as its very still

What is with these "is it ready yet"? threads.
Not bitching at you Ty13 but you can't tell when to harvest by looking at a plant. You need to scope the trichomes. Look for mostly cloudy with some amber.
If people wish to show off their plants there are other sections here for that.
