That's called "layering". Look into air-layering where you can make clones directly connected to the plant. scrape the bark, apply rooting hormone, cover w medium to root like coco or moss, wrap ball w saran plastic and then foil. leave smal opening at top to inject water every few days... all the while still attached to the mother plant during rooting process.
The LA Woman is absolutly sick! I grew a bunch of it a couple of years ago, my peeps still talk about it. The leaves are GIANT, almost silly. Awsome medical smoke, easy to grow. Enjoy!

It looks like the club hooked you up with some nice healthy clones... Definitely a smart move to quarantine them though to play it safe.
Yes I have read about that , I’m what they call “ old school” ( lazy ) If everything was connected would it be considered just one plant ? Also I see where everyone seems to harvest the whole plant at the same time , is it possible to just harvest the large buds and let the smaller ones just keep on growing ? I sure will be glad when I can start to grow and experiment .
