They have to play this card because if Dispensaries never come all the people who voted for 203 because of the 25 mile rule will be pissed.

That is a very interesting take on it. You're suggesting that Prop 203 passed because it was a step toward increased prohibition of cannabis, in the conservative view.

Has a point!! I heard Mr.Humble talking about projections of how many patient and caregiver that will be Authorized to Cultivate in the Near future... The numbers were LOW!!

On a side note -
If Bill shuts down the AzDHS Medical Marijuana Program that may not be Such a bad idea... Does not change the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act... Read the AMMA... No MMJ Program does not mean no Medical Marijuana, it means no $150 patient app fee or $200 caregiver fee to AzDHS... Read #1 & #2 (#1 explains what happens if the Program stopped issuing cards & #2 explain what you need to have a card if the Program stops issuing cards) KEEP IN MIND - the AzDHS was appointed to implement the "MMJ Program"... Thats right Program! Not Act!! The Program does have an expiration date -
