You're both right...I forgot the Lambo was a reg seed and not feminized. Got it from the promo. That's what I get for having too many strains. I don't know if I want to breed...but it's definitely more of a consideration now that I remember it's a reg and not a fem that turned hermie. I was wondering why there were so many damn balls, didn't make sense cuz I swore it was fem hehe. Will think it over whether I'll cut it down or not over the next couple days...Lambo is supposed to be highly bug and mold resistant, and very ideal to grow outdoors guerrilla style. Smoke is supposed to be amazing and a nice high. Maybe I'll keep it as a 'Daddy' :lol:.
 
personally i would collect pollen from it and cross it with all of your wonderful strains from attitude that are going already. PE, KK, all it would do is mix the two and HOPEFULLY give the resistance traits and youll end up with a bunch of seeds(not feminized but you can plant a bunch a weed through) with two strains crossed that you can name. just think: Rambo EXpress, or kambo, kandy bo, even better Lady Express. idk. not high enough

Yea but...I want quality smoke, and I will not get that with seeds in my buds :(. I have no weed, so this grow is supposed to supply me with that. If I had weed already, it would definitely be a great idea tho sean! Could I possibly just brush pollen on only one plant and not have to worry about the others getting seeded? Of course they might catch a little pollen from the brushed plant considering the air is circulating in there, but maybe not much? If not...I'll probably throw it in a cardboard box and put it in veg until I decide to breed. It grew amazingly well and had no issues during veg.

You can take pollen and just pollinate one lower branch of each girl. Then you can get like 5-10 seeds per plant and the tops buds will be seed free. =)

yes collect the pollen then let it dry for two to three days. store in fridge. and like the other guy said you can brush pollen on one branch with fans off . also remove that plant from room with other for two days or until the hairs where you brushed turn brown(means it took) then mist water on that branch and plant, then put back with others. or do as i did and cut a lower branch of the female and clone. 12/12 from clone and brush the pollen on that and grow it seperately. i got tired of keeping mothers of my favorite strains so i made them into seeds. lol. i have 15 blue dream and about the same purple wreck. but im calling them my own name. im hoping to get a male purple wreck crossed with the blue dream ill call it "sweet dreams"

Hmmm...that sounds like another good idea....but wouldn't that really not be as effective since you want to choose the best plants out of many? I was under the impression you would want to germ like 20 different beans, and then select the best 5 out of those. I really don't know much about breeding (obviously haha) so maybe I'm understanding wrong...fuck it, looks like I got some reading to do! lol

I think I might do the clone thing like you...I still have the sterilite box so maybe I could do a small scale breeding project in there. I want to retire the tent anyway until I move to a MJ state.
 
Well if you just randomly breed you have more genetic diversity (some would say this is vital to the survival of a species) and you get to surprise yourself!

True...but I don't want too much on my plate...and as you can see, I'm already having trouble keeping track of things as I swore up and down the Lambo was feminized. I'm going to do some research on breeding and figure out what I want to do and how I'm going to do it. I don't have a favorite strain yet and haven't smoked that many varieties lately, so don't feel too prepared to start a new strain just yet. When I do things, I like to do them intelligently, or I get highly irritated with myself! I would be pissed to get excited about growing my own strain and find out I did a pretty shitty job, or wasn't properly informed enough on selecting for traits.
 
So I was mainlining and kinda tore one stem about half way off!! Will it make it if I stood it up and taped her!

Daaaamn! I don't know...I guess it could mess up the symmetry a bit but you should still be able to grow her. I did that to the Big Bud#2 I had...but my ass tore an entire top all the way off right where the first two tops intersect. I was so pissed that I just threw away the plant.
 
I've got faith. My plants have never ceased to surprise me. I figure this will just be another one of those instances.
 
If I were you I would breed the lower branches.. Then make a notebook on the plants you have. or a journal on here. Write a smoke report on each plant. Then that will help you decide what seeds you will want to grow, or give away. =) Catalog that shit!
