Question about Scotts Potting soil

I see now....helps to read the thread.

You know, if this wasn't your first grow I would say use what you have, but for a first grow, using some premixed stuff just takes away one more thing you could screw up.

No!!! You will pay up the ass for shipping! make your own promix: 1/3 peat moss, 1/3 perlite (both non Miracle grow), 1/3 mushroom compost Add 1 tablespoon of dolomite lime per gallon of mix. and you will have a light, fluffy mix with no nutes! I use this mix for all my herb and tomatoes and they are all doing really well!

Yes. 100% right. I like worm castings instead of mushroom compost, but basically the same difference.

I went to Home depot and I couldn't find the pro-mix, so should i oder some of the internet
I was successful with some MG peat moss...Scott's potting soil....and MG perlite. They were in that soil mix for about three weeks.

You can get all that shit at HD y0!
