At what temp outdoors will the compressor not work? DOnt you need a "low ambient kit" in order for it to work in colder climates?

mine will start to ice up somewhere around 50 and 60 degrees.

at those temps you might as well draw the air from outside and save yourself the money though.

I got a 100% sealed room...

Lately we have had mid 80s during the day here and getting into the low 60s high 50s real late at night. Should I worry?

I need to look into those low ambient kits..

If it's not freezing up you're fine

Your AC should have just a fan setting. If you set it to that your compressor won't turn on. Thus saving money and your unit wont freeze up
