Does anyone truly care about the "25 Mile Rule"? Or being able to legally cultivate?

Growing plants has been a true passion of mine... Many say the same but started sowing the land a year or 2 ago... I have loved every plant equally, though the cannabis plant does bring great fruits... If you are a true cultivator, one would look past the BS others display and try to resolve their issues to work as a team... I don't know about anyone else but myself... If folks want change it needs to start at the bottom all the way to the top... Weather growing 1 shitty plant or proving to 5 patients with 72 plants... We all enjoy the reaps from our sowing!! It is best to guide than to mislead... And many many many folks are misleading others!!

The AzMMA says if the Patient is within "25 Miles" of a operating dispensary than you are not allowed to cultivate as their caregiver! The caregiver can live anywhere; the patient MUST be 25 Miles from any operating dispensary!

I am quite certain an operating dispensary is a dispensary that as been awarded a "dispensary license" AND has received an "Permit to Operate"!

This is where I see no success for the Dispensaries... The Permit To Operate... Watch how many lawsuits are brought up for this issue but not the "25 Mile Rule"

I will watch the Public records for lawsuits against such and post them!! I will bet a Silver Dollar Mr.Gaines will be the first to bring litigation for his own pocket and NOT for the mercy of patients in need of quality medicine!!

Profit sharing and a full time assistant/trimmer etc (something I might hire Chronicseeker for. Since he's a dickhead and it's a not so hot job)
