I note your in England and checked on the "average" first frost date and for London it is mid-November. That does give you three months of growing your girls out so it's possible that you could do alright depending on what your looking for. Do they get a full day of sun
I think folks are telling you what you want to hear not necessarily what your facing. You did not even germinate your seeds until 7/23 when most folks in your neck of the woods would be planting then in late April. If I was you I would plan on bringing them indoors to finish. Not on the windowsill but in a little grow box of some sort and getting yourself a few more of the right bulbs. I really do wish you the best of luck but I'm worried for you.
Your only option is to keep letting them grow as long as you can outdoors and see what happens but study up on things for next season. I'm gonna be watching and I hope to hell you prove my negativity wrong. Rock On!!
I believe Fresno knows what he is talking about so keep the faith. If he says your gonna have your own sweet bud in no time then go with that!!
