i believe your reason for dismissing grand conspiracy theories is that there could be no evidence up to your standards proving a sinister agenda between the parties accused of conspiring to commit the crime. so i wonder if you could ever vote to convict me and the Mr of of premeditated murder if we decided to kill some college kids next door for their toys ?

Obviously, it depends on how good a job you do.
But I see a basic disconnect between murder one and conspiracy. They are distinct. I note that you didn't say "conspiracy to commit murder" but unadorned murder. So I'm concluding that i cannot answer the question, since it seems to be composed of two independent parts that one answer cannot cover. cn

<edit> lol at the jesuitry, Doer! By solo I mean on the perp's side. The victim is "other category" and cannot be considered a conspirator, except perhaps by a Torquemada.

I haven't read any of the replies, but I don't think overpopulation is really going to affect us too much, because more than likely, and I mean nearly 100%, there will be another outbreak of disease like the flu or plague or whatever, which will wipe out a large number of people. On the other hand if we do reach this tipping point before the outbreak, the obvious answer to the question is...WAR!
