and now I'm gonna smoke my first bowl (and cig) in almost a year. then I'm gonna eat some solid food and take an epic shit in private, and pick up where I left off on this forum. not necessarily in that order. good god it feels good to be free again. and for those of you wondering what I "did", the charge was possession of over an ounce of marijuana, which got me 6 months, and another 4 months for "speaking over the judge". (bullshit. I coughed)

there was no lunch room. they brought "food" to our cell. no brawls, but stabbings and 10 second fist fights aren't out of the norm. and there weren't any poo flingers, but when I was in holding, there was a cell across from that where a guy kept standing in the toilet; after he shit. he just kept standing there, screaming, and flushing. the guards solution? cut the pluming for that floor.

Never been locked up, but Ive been on Intense Supervision Orders and Conditional Release Orders. Along with hundred of hours community service, counseling sessions and drug & alcohol sessions. All as a juvenile... but i finally got my shit together... because i turned 18... my next court date is a ticket to big boy jail

I said a prayer for you. I have no fucking idea if God answers prayer. (for all I know there is no God).
I've led a long life of trying to be right and seek God. I retired early due to a car accident. I've said so many prayers the past three years I have no idea how this freaking universe works!

In any event, prayer is free, so I do it - I pray in my garden each time I make a new clone for it to be healthy, etc.

I hope the best for you. I understand life can get stacked up against people real fast. Just like my 350Z when it flew off the highway. Shit happens. I'm picking up the pieces one day at a time and the garden is very helpful to my PTSD - That shit is fucked up!

I have a son in law that had crack parents. He ran afoul with the law last year but he's out now and one hell of a tat artist and a 4th. degree brown belt in some bad ass Karate. Through his getting to know my daughter I found out she also has the same talent I have - art. I think she may be able to draw better than me. Trip how life is...

I had 2 ounces. and the cop was a dick, and therefore so was I. I'm guessing not being a brown noser didn't help my case.
and I live in the central valley in ca. sure, we have written laws, but when it's all said and done, it's whatever the cop, D.A., prosecutor, ect. decide. the judge simply hands out the sentence "recommended" by the D.A.
