arrest record, no. but I've committed more infractions than I can count, so I'm kinda well known among the cops. and I'm not an mmj cardholder so tickets and jail for me.

"speaking over the judge". which is bullshit. I coughed. not a word or phrase was uttered before, during, or after my cough. bottom line, I was louder than the judge, and that's a crime.what did you say again to get the extra foru months?! that totally sucks dude County really sucks!

I ask because I was arrested in April in ND with a gram of weed...got possession/ingestion charges (possession class B misdemeanor and ingestion class A).
the possession carries a max penalty of 30 days in jail
the ingestion carries a max penalty of 365 days in jail
at my first appearance I pled "not guilty" so that I could get a public defender and try to work something out with the DA before my preliminary trial
I have no prior convictions/record...this was my first arrest ever and had a gram
when i stood before the judge at the first appearance he said "meanwhile, since your public defender application says you're unemployed, I'd suggest you begin looking for work. There's a lot of work available here."
Since he said that and seemed to be pretty cool (giving 1st time DUI offenders low-end fines and not fining minor traffic violations) I think I might get off easy this first time...but either way it's a bit unnerving

my criminal history? hmm lets see... countless tickets for riding a bicycle without head/tail lights, I once got caught buying alcohol for minors, (believe it or not, that was a sting) a few jay-walking tickets, I received a warning about open carry after it became illegal here, and I've been the victim of many a shakedown from crooked cops who just wanted my valuables. out of all that, I've always gotten off with community service instead of fines. but they caught me doing something "major", so they jumped at the chance to give me the maximum they could.

I went before a judge in Memphis for moving some major weight . The district attorney told the judge that I was like a water fountain spaying drugs all over his fine city. I knew I had fu--ed up. I ate 4 Christmas dinners with the feds before I got out.,

Med, I have been thinking on your post and for what its worth I am in recovering Catholic still trying to beat the Guilt monkey so I can understand your pain. I have just started experimenting with something my therapist recommended. It reminds me more of science class than bible class however for come please success it required just as much faith as is needed to believe that a virgin gave birth.
Oh dear I hope wasn't my favorite rollie stickler scientist's somersaults coming to an abrupt halt at an inopportune position! ?
I it reminded me well no cn you tell me? is the law of attraction valid? Like attracts Like? I thought opposites attract like neutrons and electrons but then isn't gravity based on the law of attraction? Bongsmilie
I am a mad scientist as well in the more subjective sibling of Sciences- sociology and by default psychology as sociology is the psychology of an entire society, a subset of psychology.
Med the reason I suggest it to you already meditating when you pray. The difference is you may not think of anything negative. No more I'm sorries just move past with the intention that you will not repeat it. Don't pray that your friend makes it through the operation for example instead pray he feels at peace happy healthy and safe.
The series is that like attracts like or where your intentions go the energy will flow. Even if I never master the faith part I see really no harm in always trying to be a positive mind frame.
