Outdoors in the sun here in CT. Miracle Grow and manure yielded me a 7 foot tall beauty. Since flowering, I switched over to that sensi grow crap with parts A and B (why not put it into a single container???) Not sure if the browning on my fan leaves is normal for this stage, or if I over did it on the nutes?

I was told yesterday that I can freeze my buds for storage. Is this true?

any thoughts on yield?

you may have seen other posts of mine that went up under other screen name djs42 here.

Nice looking plant

I freeze my buds for storage after they are dried and cured as well I have had weed in the freezer for 2 plus years

Do you know what strain it is?

The reason it comes in two separate containers is that the molecules will interact with eachother in there concentrated form forming what are called macromolecules and the plant can not uptake these large complex molecules. Once formed they remain in your soil adding to salinification. Personally I would not use a hydroponic feed if I was growing in soil. You are allowed such a wider variety of feeds in soil and you should take advantage of this. Try general organics or the BioBizz line.

Furthermore, the browning on the leaves is not normal. They should fade to a "healthy" yellow color and drop if a super bloom is being used. From what I can tell it looks like burn due to high transpiration directly after feeding. It could also be that you have a high salt build up in the soil.

Try a good heavy watering then check PH. I would give a big Phosphorous boost and cut out Nitrogen altogether. N,P,K = 0,50,10 < something like that. I'd give her some sugar at this point also.

Thanks for sharing your photos!

Yeah rjjr24 your still in pre flower. I also planted in June and used some MG and top soil. My big girl just hit flowering stage after almost 3 weeks of pre-flowering.

I would say if you can keep the stress down and you don't chop her to early you could get 3-4 oz. Just a guess.

Yeah Goat it looks like you might have over did it on the nutes. Check your PH ,it looks like it might be in lock out/salt build up. If your ph is fine (6.2 to 7.0) then its hungry.

The feeling when you go to your spot and it's barren is the worst. My heart literally dropped. Worst part is 2 of my plants that were taking had just starting spitting out pistils, no buds on them. They would have easily got an ounce each, my smallest girl only had a few grams on her. Good thing was i took two clones last week, and then seem to be ruining. That's the risk we all take as illegal outdoor CT growers. If you guys want, you can check my grow log in my sig if you want.

Miracle Grow is not a superior grow medium. I suggest that you guys look into some of the more professional mixes and substrates.

I know MG isn't the best, but it's what I had already (left over from my garden and potted flowers). I don't think MG is as bad as what most people think it is. The time released stuff can be a little tricky to use. If you over feed your plant...flushing wont really help you. So I think only someone that doesn't have money to spend on high dollar nutes (can just water and let the soil feed it), or someone that really knows what there doing can use it well, without burning there plants. Again your right...there is much better stuff, but it really matters on where you live.

MG isn't the problem, in most cases its the grower.
