I think the numbers may be right.. but its not an accurate assessment of the situation. Since Obama admin, the grows in cali and some states now are legal. Being legal.. and of course with so many people flocking to it.. people abuse it. So numbers WILL go up accordingly .. in terms of the politics of this thread I guess in the end it still comes back to what some people are reiterating. Obama or Romney?

People "abuse" the medical grows.. i guess i mean when they exceed limit.. maybe dont have licenses.. etc. Im just saying once the grows in some places are legal (but with regulations) it is logical to expect the raids to go up at least more than the previous administration. In terms of being 130 more raids and almost 40 more indictments that I don't know..

Don't get me wrong.. I wish it was all legalized. Everything. I'm just saying in terms of law.. numbers going up on this admin is not that illogical to me than it is to some others.
One day this god given luxury that we have here will be legalized. At least I hope. But the world is heading towards a marketing and drug company type of place.. while organic is the new trend.. the fact weed is natural seems to conveniently be forgotten by many. If they had a good way to tax it they'd legalize.

Obama is allowing dispensaries to remain open as long as they comply with state laws where medical marijuana is legal
new dispensaries are opening up every month
and if they were afraid of the DEA
they wouldnt advertise their prices
