Gonna cooke me ma a stir fry for dinner a she's been out decorating all day. Pork marinated in soy saue with scotch bonnets, ginger and garlic, chicken marinaded in a rice wine concoction, and then the usual veg bits and pieces, then all into the wok with a little oyster sauce

I am going to a bbq/pool party today and there will be a feast for sure. Ribs, steaks, burgers, grilled veggies, salads, a whole spread of fantastic foods.

I went with the thai chicken fried rice, extra onions and eggs.
Got some green curry with veggies and chicken satay as well.

roasted green chilis, grilled yellow onions, and mutton wrapped in a fry bread. All roasted and grilled outdoors (despite the crazy wind and rain). Roasted corn on the cob and the beverage was Horchata.

i cooked up some fresh pasta with chicken mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a cream and pesto sauce Accidentally did pasta for 6 people instead of 3 so we had monster servings yummy
