--The New York AG’s Taxpayer Protection Bureau has issued subpoenas to at least twelve financial firms, including Bain, looking into whether the companies converted management fees (taxed as ordinary income) paid by investors into fund investments which are taxed at a dramatically lower rate.--

If they're looking into it then they muct be guilty. What say you Uncle BS?
i say i can't tell you how often the businesses my friends and family run are investigated for tax evasion. it's like i can't even stick my dick in the ceiling fan without 8 more investigations for tax evasion happening.

it just happens ALL THE TIME.

yeah, i'm sure bain is under investigation because everything they did was perfectly legal and ethical

by the way, it's "who would HAVE thought". brush up on that second grade grammar of yours.
Like I've admitted before, spelling and grammar are not one of my strengths. I'm a business major, besides, look where it got you, unemployed and surviving on six plants!

It's an issue of spelling, not grammar. He meant the double contraction, "who'd've," which is very informal speech.

"would have" versus "would of" is a matter of knowing which word comes after "would", not how to spell that word.

i am fairly confident that the president of beenthere's klan chapter and/or his buddy at the dispensary would coach him on proper spelling of either "of" or "have".

You tell 'em Ernest Hemingway!

Btw, just a bit of advice, punctuation goes inside quotes. Also, you tend to superfluously use the word, "that."
