opinions please, growth speed

hey all, first time poster, long time viewer. i am currently growing a fruity chronic, sour kush and grape gum. they are all about 4 inches tall, they are approx 21-25 days old(lost track of time, been moving house) in coco, ph'd 5.8, quarter strength nutes, rhizotonic and superthrive(are both of these nessecery or just use one?).
my problem is, are they small?? ive one successful grow of special kush no.1, it was a 250w mh veg till about 2 ft tall and then under the 600hps cooltube for a 4 ft finish. all topped for approx seven coals, yeilded well and was great smoke. now this first grow was veg'd in a 80x80x200cm tent and seemed to veg faster. the new ones are under same light atm( the 250w mh) though they are in a 2x2x2 metre tent. i have the light about 6inches away, no heat problems, cold weather atm in aus. could the fact the light is in such a larger tent effect the growth speed or am i just imagining it??

whats the average height for the average plant at each week of growth?? i no there are so many variables, but if any ones got any idea id like to hear it??

Did you move the plants? They could be slightly stressed from a move but are young enough to easily bounce back. The waiting is the hardest part.....

Hi mate, its my first time in coco and my girls are just over a foot at 4 weeks, there under two 400W HPS. They would of been bigger if i got the feeding sched and PH right in the first week or so....

What base are u using? Cannab A&B? Im also using Rhizo and ST, got some cal max aswell. I have read that giving ST everytime is a no go, think of it as a "treat" for them...i give it them twice or once a week, only a drop though. Also how often are u feeding? You should be feeding everytime in coco...with a low nute flush or plain water every 7th feed. The last feed mine got was 10ml A&B, 7ml rhizo, 5ml cal max, into 10L of water. They are doing great. Would like to no what ur doing? Hope that helps bro!

Whats 1/4 strength in PPM?Do you have a meter?Get a cheap one under 30usd.

deejay, im using an aussie made nute formula called 'AG-GROW.' it a single bottle nute mix, one bottle for grow(veg) and one for flower.from what ive been told by freinds and hydro shop blokes, its the way to go for aussie brands. i am feeding ST at every feed, ill stop that. and rhizo too but ill keep doin that at each feed i think. just a 'drop a gallon' of the ST when i use it. rhizo at 5ml for 5L of water. the nutes at quarter(for this brand thats 2.5mL per litre). always ph'd to 5.8 im feeding approx every three days.

Sounds about right bro! Im feeding every 3 days also, what L pots u in? Im in 11L...water is approx 1300-1500ml and the run off is around 20% which is fine ive heard, stops all the salt build up. u about the same? So i take it your feeding every watering then? Thats wer i fucked up at the beginning, i was feeding them every other watering and PH'ing at 6.5! No wonder they wernt growing ha ha i was treating it like soil. Live & u learn!

It's time to bump up the nutes buddy. They are ready for full strength IMHO. Start bumping it up slowly and see if that helps. I water in coco w/ 25% nutes first time but slowly bring it up and by the 3rd week I am on full nutes.
I would use Cannazym or another similar product now also. You don't really need the superthrive.
Did you grow from seed or clone?
Height is relative. They should have at least 3 nodes by now. Mine usually are about 6 - 8 inches at that age from seed with about 5-6 nodes.....but this varies according to strain and pheno.

Edit: also get some cal mag. You will probably get a deficiency at some point. I add 2.5 ml per gal every time I feed.

will order ppm metre tomorrow. They are in 5litre pots atm and when they out grow its into 45 too 50 litre pots. I do the two pot run to waste, at 20% waste to

igrew from seeds, will start a stonger feed schedule today. My last grow hac a cal def, looked for the right stuff but washard too find. I was told rhizo could fix it. It didnt seem to so im a bit scepticle on that
