Normally I can't stand amateur reporters picking the dumbest people out of a crowd and embarrassing them. Actually, it was most difficult to watch when the left did it to the tea party.
But this one is awesome! It's awesome because I don't think the interviewer understands what he's asking. A high marginal tax rate for big income earners is meant to be a form of a cap. The idea is a business owner would limit the profit he takes to avoid that higher bracket and put the rest back into his business. It's actually favored by some of the more liberal economists. It's not nearly as bat shit crazy as this interviewer thinks it is. Of course, the cap was never part of his question, it was whether we should ban all corporate profits. Even after editing, he only got a few suckers to go along with him on that.
