Read that thread on 'main lineing' and I love it. I just happened to have some sprouts ( Wonder Woman ) that I can try it out on. I topped and trimmed them right after reading up on the way its done.
Just to show what bending over a way to tall plant can do , I trotted out my camera to the garden this morning and took a couple of pictures of one of the chrismas trees that I tied down:
This is a Wonder Woman. It is aprox 50/50 indica sativa. It measured a little over 12 ft. from the base of the main stalk and I could not check the top cola or leaves for bugs or mold the way it was. Notice how the branches are now thinking that they are all the 'top' of the plant. I do believe that this will vastly improve the yeild over what an untopped plant would produce. I bent this one a little over a week ago and over several days so as to be gentle with it.
