Stacked Kush Clones, Update

Just a few shots of one of DNA's new offerings, Stacked Kush. The are clones i took off of other ladies, so the 3rd picture doesn't properly demonstrate their normal pattern of growth or yield.

This is a lovely strain, the flavor is a perfect mix of Kush, Candy, and Hash. It has a very resinous, hashy flavor with beautiful kush hues. The smell of candy that comes off of these plants doesn't really come through in the flavor, but eh, who really cares?

It would be a perfect day-time smoke, good for depression, appetite loss, and moderate pain.

The potency is good, not the most potent herb I've ever had. I would guess in the 16-18% THC range, Not incredibly high in CBD, I would guess around .5%. The only reason I feel confident in guessing these numbers is that I use medical marijuana for anxiety, so I can easily tell if a strain is CBD rich. This strain isn't rich in CBD, but not void it of either. The effect, I would describe as calming, clear-headed, and somewhat energetic. Effects from both Indica and Sativa heritage can be detected. The strain by the way is OG18 X Sleestack. Or (OG-18 ) x (Shrom x Martian Mean Green). They label it as a 70% sativa/ 30% indica hybrid. The effects seem to fit that.

The yield I would describe as good for a kush hybrid. I got a solid oz. off of each lady, and that is with around a 2 week veg period, then flowered under a 600 watt HPS. No telling what she could yield if given the proper 2-3 months to veg, I would guess easily 2-4 ounces per plant.

By the way, this is one of the most resinous plants I've ever grown, and made the best hash I've ever had in my life. Here are the pics of the hash. It was full melt bubble, and when i say full melt, I mean that shit smoked like it was earwax. Check it out!!!

Here are some beautiful shots of the girl in 48 hours of darkness...My god she smells like berries/sour candy...Stacked Kush is a definite wonderful medical strain. I personally need something with a little more of an Indica punch and higher CBD levels, but this strain would work wonderfully for depression, and possible pain-relief application also...

It's crazy man...I know exactly what you are talking about with the bubble hash..coming out "old school" and not bubbling much. That one batch came out beautifully and melted into liquid, while I've made several batches using the exact same method that bubble, but not nearly as much. That one batch was certified "full melt", while some other batches i do come out 3/4 or half melt. I think it literally has to do with the physical condition of the trichomes on the material, and by that I mean not only unmolested material, but in what I like to describe as a "gummy" state. The key is picking a plant rich in resin, and make sure your resin is beautiful, clean, and most of all mature. I also ran that batch with buds off of a pheno of Stacked Kush that was Sleestack dominant in its traits, and Sleestack is a notorious resin producer. The batch was also made with buds that weren't fully crisp, they had only dried for about 5 or 6 days. Maybe the freshness of the material has a lot to do with it also. I'm still doing numerous tests, trying to perfect the art of bubble, but I think all of the factors mentioned above played key roles in the outcome of that hash. I can't hit BHO anymore..I used to love it, but my body literally started signaling for me to stop using it. It's hard to explain, but I literally felt like butane was slowly poisoning my system. Anyway...to each his own...I love bubble hash, and will never make oil again. Hope this helps man...that batch was 73 micron, by the way, so everything caught in between 70-120. Peace bro!!
