algea problem

I believe I have an algae problem but I'm not sure I use h2o2 but my roots are Brown and slimy. I use floranova bloom in a 4 gallon dwc. I'm in week 4 with a bagseed sativa and the buds aren't that big the growth is stunted can't figure out wat it is. any help is apreciated

Sensizym or Hygrozyme should solve the problem the enzymes break down the algae and leave the roots squeaky clean
