Where to buy pH meter with long probe?

I need the probe to be on an extendable cable to access water level and still read the meter. I see them very pricey, how about under $100? Thanks!

How about just drawing a sample from your supply in a glass and checking it with a useable pH meter? That's how we do things in medicine. Use a syringe and long tube if necessary. If the mountain can't come to Mohammad . . . ..

Hi Hotrod I have had 3 ph meters and I use a small bottle and some drops to check ph. It works every time. PPM meaters last but the PH ones just don't. The drops are 6 bucks.

My Milwaukee PH55 does just fine. Stored wet in drinking water. Calibrated weekly. Buy quality instruments to get any kind of useable results.

This is gonna be no good to u but thought id say haha, im in the UK, and i paid £5 for my PH meter i am unsure of the $ currency. and it works fine, i have tried it with the drops too and it matches GW

Any meter of that caliber and price will be a joke in the long run .. Might as well hunt around for a Milwaukee or Hanna meter and remember you get what you pay for .. If you pay the price chances are all youll ever have to replace will be the probe ......

i am not well educated on PH meters, and like i said, it done me fine for a year now, so i would much rather pay £5 a year if need be rather than spend money on a profesional meter when this one has done me proud and shows no signs of giving up

ive had the sm802 for years and rarely do i calibrate it. i found the secret was to use tap water to store the probe in.
