Is this fungus or insect problem or something else?

I saw this for a couple days and now it's on two of my plants so i was wondering what the problem was so I could fix it. I was ganna try to make a natural remedy so it doesnt fuck with the soil. It's on multiple leaves too.

in spanish we call that a mildiu, first that , after leave will fall down by itself its a fungus, mix a bee propoleo with cinamon powder in water and spray it under the leaves keeep your temp higher than 25c and humidity on 40 to 50% and observe . keep your place clean ...

Yeah, it's all grown outdoors, Idk about it being mildew though. I looked up mildew and they all look like white spots and shit, the shine is from the camera, just the green has been eaten through but it's not spreading, just a couple leaves on 2 plants.

Its hard to see if those are necrotic spots or thin pieces of the leaves due to being eaten from underside. If its thinning due to being eaten but not geting worse your problem could already be solved.
