It's pathetic what the GOP has been reduced to.

If they figure they can't win legally, then it's "Win at any cost".

Doosh-bahgs.

RASMUSSEN POLL: 73% SAY VOTER ID LAWS DON’T DISCRIMINATE.

"His insistence that voter fraud is not a serious problem, Attorney General Eric Holder was embarrassed last week when a video surfaced of someone illegally obtaining a ballot to vote under Holder’s name in his home precinct in Washington, D.C. Most voters consider voter fraud a problem in America today and continue to overwhelmingly support laws requiring people to show photo identification before being allowed to vote.
"

Liberal activist judges and the media is all the left have, it's obvious they are out of touch with mainstream America! This should motivate a lot of the conservative base and independents to get out and vote!

Here it is AGAIN!!

The right actually believes that consensus equals truth. Rasmussen poll 79 percent say moon is the eye of a large black toad. So..it must be correct.

Most voters consider voter fraud a problem, except that there is no problem with voter fraud that voter ID can fix.

I notice you don't tend to say much about that ACORN like behavior of the Republican registration effort, um... do you Beenthere. Gee, I wonder why - 10 counties I believe.... so far... and at least one FBI investigation?

Then post one. I didn't know we were here exclusively to amuse you.
I can see no other purpose for the previous comments than to provide me with amusement. In fact, most of the acts performed by living creatures on this planet have no other identifiable purpose than to please me. Some of the things that Celine Dion does have no value at all but luckily there are few like her. I await your attempts.

Shall we presume that you think voter ID is a good thing this election?

They can never afford to do that, it would indicate to themselves what the rest of us already know, that they are inherently unpatriotic.

hey canndo.. i usually agree with most of what you say, but why do you think requiring id to vote is a bad idea?? just wanted to get your thoughts on it is all..
and you have said how can voter id stop voter fraud, imo, as of right now, i can walk into my election center and tell them i'm joe blow from w. main street in my town and they simply look my name up in the big list of names of registered voters from my town.. what if i were an illegal alien and am not able to vote in elections in this country? wouldn't requiring id stop my from being able to vote under my neighbors name, like i can now?
i've often thought of how simple it would be to walk out of the one room my area is held in and walking into another room and give them a person i know's name and voting for a second time, or possible even a third anf fourth time if i felt like it.. imo, requiring id would stop things like that, no?

btw, i'm still on the fence about how i feel about the id laws..

It is inevitable if the country continues with its current philosophy. While unnecessary for any practical purposes this sort of quantifying and labeling of citizens will demoralize the population further and help us all feel more helpless in the face of our government. Our government needs us to feel and be more impotent because the continued existance of the way things are is in peril if we aren't. ID cards, covert surveillance, loss of privacy and general intrusions into our live by our government is our future if we let it be so.

Think you will be able to forge the signature on the fly?

Yes voter suppression is so bad now they are passing an affirmative action law for poll booths.
Minority votes now count 2x as much

Too bad the damage may have already been done. The states with voter i.d. legislation spent millions of dollars on advertising saying that i.d. will be required. The billboards and signs are still up. Millions of taxpayer dollars wasted on advertising for laws that didn't pass or on hold until after the elections. It wasn't by accident. To them it was worth the confusion and misinformation. They could give three shits about collateral damage. Way to be fiscally responsible GOP. Good job.
