Look at what you are asking for, the IRS tax code is so complex and difficult to understand that even accountants and tax lawyers have a hard time with it. How in the world would anyone expect the American public to get a grasp on the technical aspects of the loop holes of the IRS. Even Obama and probably Romney himself wouldn't fully understand them, let alone you and I.

These polls are taken by many of the media pollsters, most national polls only include around a couple of thousand to get a sample of what the voice of America says!
