What's wrong with them this time? PIX

First one you can see clearly enough. Second one has her left tip curling upwards and are dark.

PH: between 6 and 6.5
Light: 10000 lumens from a T5 Fixture
Nutes: 1/3rd strength Grow Big and Big bloom every other watering
Temp: 70s
Medium: 100% Horticulture grade Perlite.

Any Ideas?

It looks like you've got some serious issues there my friend, leaves shouldn't look like that. Check the GrowFAQ, to me it looks like Magnesium deficiency which requires Epsom waterings at 1tsp/1gal water but check it out. The wilting may be a separate issue in itself, you're not overwatering are you?

PS - New England Kicks Ass

PPS - what happened to growing weed in soil? What are these new-fangled rock thingys?

PPPS - they're REALLY wilting, so try not to make a ton of changes at once cuz u could get a loot of advice from riu all at once.

Not sure waht your medium is but it doesn't appear to be one that your plants like. They really like soil alot.

It's called a Hempy Bucket. It's a very basic hydroponic setup. There are a lot of people on here who use Hempy Buckets and have had no problem. Besides, they were droopy before I transplanted them into the buckets.

If a clone, did you root it before putting into the HB?

You didn't start a seed in a HB, did you?

1. you should never transplant when the plant isnt healthy..unless the plant is unhealthy with the medium...
2.are you using foxfarm grow big..if so are you using hydro mix or soil...hydro is in the blue bottle soil in the green.....
3.the drop and leaves look like overwater adn nute burn....try backing your mix from 1/3 to just under 1/4 strength......

They were droopy, I transplanted, they perked right back up, they drooped back down in a couple of days.

Yea, FoxFarm. Blue bottle? I've never seen GrowBig in a blue bottle at any of the hydro shops or websites I've been to.

I'll cut back on the nutes for a bit, see if that helps.

I'm no expert but here's my opinion:

I doubt its overwatering or rootbound. The containers are plenty big and it is very hard to overwater hempy buckets. I doubt its too much nutes, 1/3 strength growbig every other watering is nearly nothing.


What is your watering schedule?
Perhaps drop PH a bit more, some people say 5.8-6.2 is best for hempy buckets.
Make sure your hempy bucket hole isn't clogged. I don't even see one in the pics.

I water every 1-2 days. The hole def isn't clogged, it's not as big as it could be, but it gets the job done.

I'll try scaling back the PH.

I can't believe nobody else thinks they are over ferted.....I would flush them for sure, and start the nutes back at an 1/8 strength. If no improvement then I'd try foliar feeding. It def. looks like too much nutes to me.

I mean, it definatly could be over fert. Those leaves look so dark they are nearly black in the 2nd pic. but it is true that growbig is a gentle fert... maybe the plants really don't like the food.

Honestly it looks like overwatering, And watering every 1 to 2 days seems alot to me. Unless its hydro and your flushing with nutes, in which case you are still prob overwatering from flushing too long or to soon.

Yea I would flush them with a clearing solution. I have also read that you can use a weak mix of big bloom as an effective flushing solution. It grabs the salt that might have built up. Try to get the PH down to 5.5-6.0. The PH is very important, probably more important than using RO water.
