Cream of the Crop- Good or Bad Reviews

I'm a new grower and was looking for fair priced seeds on attitude. I came across cream of the crop because of the reasonable prices. Has anyone purchased or grew their seeds? Any good info would help

I have never heard of them personally.
If you are looking for cheap, there are some better known breeders that are cheap.
Female seeds and Mandala off the top of my head.
I am sure others could give many more.
