Lots of businesses are threatened with fines for not presenting documentation when subpoenaed by the government, unfortunately a lot of places fold because they don't want the hassle of going against the man. However you do not have to present documentation that goes against privacy laws. Do you honestly think this website is worth fighting for, I mean seriously, if this admin sold you out to keep this website up, and didn't give a shit that you and a lot of people were going to spend time behind bars, honestly just exemplifies the mentality of a lot of growers, greedy and unpatriotic.

it makes even less sense to worry about if your legal or not worry about plant counts and shit the only one I'm worried about breaking is 99 plants but thats not hard at all. not too mention romney said he was gonna fight medical marijuana tooth and nail if he becomes president. thats the last thing I'd want is to be a med grower liscensed by the state and paying taxes so its real easy for the feds to say you had a long running criminal enterprise or some shit. but I'm sure they will leave the little guys alone atleast for a while. IMO, the feds, the state whichever... the goverment. They do what they want, when they want.
