how do you saving or cut down the power bill

how do you guys steal ,cut or lower the bill to under $200 a month but grow aleast 5 lbs. or should i even worrie if the power bill is high??

you shouldn't worry. Just pay your bills as usual.

no human eye is checking every apartment's electricity consumption. The only way to get to you is if you steal and then the person who you steal from contacts the power company who will investigate their complain.

just pay your bills...

o yah i know you need 33 watt per plant so if wanting 80 plants thats 2640watt.
that would about $760.32 per months just that run that 12/12 day/nights

pay your bill, the power company should not care.......

DO NOT STEAL ELECTRICITY. that WILL get you busted. eliminate as much power being used throughout the rest of the house as best you can. use cfl in the house, if multiple suckets in fixture, only put one bulb in. eliminate any extra fridges you have. replace old windows with energy savers. you may need to do alot of work to pull off 5 lbs and not have the electricity get noticed.

The CFL idea is good, swapping all your old incandescent bulbs for new energy saving cfls, will drastically cut down on your energy consumption bill. I did it a while ago, and proved to be very helpful.

P.S. The power company does not give a shit how much power you use. They like you to use lots of power, because they get more money from you. Just follow the advice given to you, i.e. DONT STEAL POWER & PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME. Thats all you need to do.

I more than made up for my energy comsumption by switching all my lights to cfl's in the house. using 800W of HPS right now.
the electric should not care, and mind their own business, as long as you pay the bill on time, no matter how much electricity you use. however, there are those employees that might notice the consumption and give a tip to the cops (you never know).

as far as other ways of not getting caught, keep the smell in check, don't steal power, don't tell anyone your growing, and eliminating everything that uses electricity in the house (other than your essentials)

i run 12 CFLs and a 400w hps in my setup and i swapped 90% of my incandescent with 13w CFLs and some 26w CFLs and my bill is still right around $100. still use fridge, washer, dryer, 47" LCD TV (good 4-5hrs per day) and 2 computers running 24/7.

but note, after researching on here my power is much cheaper where i live than most places.

but my point is before growing elec bill $100 after growing and swapping, $100 give er take a few bucks.

yeah, my bill didn't go up or down really and all i did was unplug a couple things that were always on and never used, as well as switch all my lights to the 10W cfl's (40W equivalent).

Thats expensive as hell, are you really paying $2.11 per kilowatt hour? Shit I pay $0.12 per kilowatt hour
