I don't even know where to start!

My father is 52 and uses medical marijuana. He no longer has the energy to grow it himself due to the fact that he has bad knees and his room is upstairs. He has since asked me to grow it for him. I applied for my growers card. My father told me to do a sea of grey or sumthing? How do I do this? Where do I get seeds? What seeds are best for the sea of grey? Thanks in advance

It's called a SOG- Sea of green.
Just google sog grows and you will find all kinds of info

Yes he is referring to sea of green which is A LOT of plants in a small space. You can go 12/12 from seed and you end up with little bitty plants with maybe a quarter ounce on them. If you have 20 or 30 plants in that space, thats alot of quarter ounces. You also are able to get a variety of different strains.

If you want to go for weight, SCRoG is probably your best option. That is Screen of Green. Its abit more advanced but there are plenty of tutorials on how to set up a screen and maximize weight. The downside is you use all your space for 1 or 2 plants so you limit your variety.

I think I should do the easier one... How much would I got if I did the 12/12 when they were like 4 inches tall?

if i were you i would not use seeds maybe grow a few mothers and clone if you do a sog with seeds your gonna be paying alot i mean unless you have a ton of seeds laying around

Your Dad should be your tutor....experienced, in the same house, and may already have the equipment and budget. Your approach to RIU makes many of us suspicious........

You Tube. It has it all in fast easy vids. Plus it's free. With this site and You Tube you can do it easy.

Use the glossary in conjunction with reading a book on cannabis growing. I'm about as patient as they come on RIU, but you'll avoid wasting yours and our time asking redundant questions. Ask your Dad what he has as far as equipment. Will you be growing in his house? How big is the room....way to many other questions to ask...let's hear more info from you.......
