lol yea they are very useful bulbs. I love vegging with cfls cuz you can get nice tight nodes and keep them super close. It really all depends on how many plants your wanting to grow. Usually a rule of thumb is 100watts per plant you want to grow but I've seen people do it with less and more. No grow is the same for anyone. Everyone has different ways they like to do it. But shit if you have like 28 of them you could do quite a bit because thats 508 actual watts! More than enough to grow you some sweet looking babies. Take a look at my grow and the results with only 260watts. Wish I could get some bulbs for free lol!sorry about this damn camera! 75 watt replacement bulb at 2700k, 1100 lumens its a 18=75 watt cfl with an estimated energy cost of 2.17 a year lol! I am impressed. How many would it take of the 2700k and the 6000k cfl's to do a decent grow i wonder? I have (seriously) at least 28 of these bulbs stockpiled not realizing they were useful for "other" things !
haha I can help you if you would like and I would love to have a grow partner lol! If you need any help getting up and going with those cfls dont hesitate to ask.verynice! i am open to new and useful ways to get em going! I wish i could just pick someone here at random, and say hey come be my grow partner for a few years lol!
