  • hi i used to get on this site a long time ago but i forgot my password lol not because i was high i wish that was the reason......I am a really proud person but i have noone to turn to. I am in a situation where i am about to be homeless. I live with my girlfriend and her parents and lost my job a year ago. Her dad is the only one who works because her mom is disabled after 3 strokes(she justhad her 4th stroke). We are falling behind and now my girlfriends dad has to pay for in home nursing and for her medicine. I go to bed hungry and i have never had to go through this. I am hungry to the point i get sick and my mom can barely help herself let alone me and my dad really isnt there for me in any way but emotionly. I have nothing but pride left and im ready to drop my pride. I told my girlfriend im goin to beg for money on the streets and her and my mom got mad and said im better than that but, I have looked everyday for jobs online even had a couple interveiws but i dont have work expirence so noone wants to hire me. All i ask is there anyway someoone could send me a check for a dollar. I really hate to ask but if i dont ill be on the streets soon. sorry to be a bother if i am to anyone.thanks to anyone who helps a fellow stoner​

Stop looking for work online to start with. Every job i've ever gotten has been as a result of actually walking into the business and going straight upto the boss and asking in person.

I used to own a company doing Courier Service, Delivery Service & Local Shipping when I was looking for staff I didn't invest too much time going through all those application form, C.V. or email application. To get our attention the recipe was: enough self-confidence to come in person, smiles, shake hand + present yourself, be a people person, make a god impression, and show real interest in working with the company. Be a person you would like to work with. Sometime hiring an un-employed experience person mean getting somebody else problems. Best of luck

stop going to bed at 1am, waking up at noon, and not taking responsibility.

if you want a job wake up at 6am, be ready by 7, and head out and find yourself a job.

even the homeless can make $50 for holding up signs for 6 hours around here.

I usually get up a 7-8 lately just been depressed thats the only reason i was up at 1. I really am trying and thank everyone for there help and I am goin to look into some of this stuff.

go to all the fast food places...they hire everyone! and you can eat there! Mc Donalds will hire you right now...good luck! what state are you in? most states help with disabled people first of all and most states have food stamp programs and assistance programs....seems a little odd you dont know this stuff, you need to get out and make shit happen dude!!! you have no food, but you have internet? hmmmmmm go to McDonalds!

I was in your situation and had to work some pretty shitty jobs just to make payments.

I hated every minute, but it helped me focus on what I really needed to do with my life.

they also have a place called labor ready and they send you to do odd jobs and pay you cash every day! i found that out in about 3 minutes....

Try everywhere, fast food places are always looking for somebody who can piss in a cup and count past 10 without having to unzip their fly, grocery stores hire baggers and cart chasers with no experience, be creative....... Use your imagination.
Even pizza delivery, the sign holders on the corner with the spinny signs, guy on corner in gorilla costume, ever seen them?
