Local head shot has them for $700 I can afford it so I was thinking abuot getting one. Looking for opinions.

Reason to buy is it runs cooler than the HPS. I only grow for personal use so just want the best I can grow.

I grow in a 5X5X2 bo now with 2 150 watt HPS lights. I have 4 of them & Im about to build myself a new cabinet. So, that's my choice I guess. use the 4 150 watt hps which will just mean I will ahve to upgrade the fan I guess.

THe new cabinets going to be 6hX6wX3d I can also use 8 4't=8 bulbs.

Anyways, I looking to talk to anyone who uses Induction lighting.

THanks

Type Indagro into the search bar there is a thread all about induction lights with lots of pics to prove they work very well. Iv been using mine for 9 months and I'm hooked. Before I was using 1000 watt hps,so I can make a good comparison of how well they work. Not sure what brand of lights your looking at but Indagro pro420s are $800 and made in the US and have a TEN year warranty.
Happy growing

Hey Elthy,
How's your advertising for your LED's going? Come on, the broken english was a dead give away :p

On a serious note, how cool are these relative to HID's folks?

as far as i have seen and read, LEP is designed as a supplement to HPS. in other words, a way to increase your electric bill while still allowing you to hang on to obsolete technology...

and that's not an opinion...

that's a fact.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planned_obsolescence < read that and think about relamping that crappy LEP...

My IG's are full spectrum and i have no need to add any other light types to either veg or bloom.

for those too lazy to click the link in my sig to see IG's at work...

i'm planning on shooting a new video tonight, as this one is almost a month old, but the plants are still trucking along and in top health.

yeahh neither of those articles mentioned LED's at all but anyway...
I understand your point but LED's last a very long time compared to most bulbs, it seems HPS users are getting more boned by planned obsolescence more than any other light, though i agree that happens with all products, very similar story with batteries actually, shame on you corporations...shame.

scratch that, i read up more an induction lights i see what you were getting at!

sorry for the confusion.. i was responding to Jimmy and his suggestion of LEP lighting. i guess i should quoted him

those links pertain to LEP technology directly and not so much to LED
