Doubled avg flowering time

How weird is it that my plants are going to easily double the flowering time they "should have". My indica plants, LA confidential, and Legends ultimate, are in the third month of flowering and they are no where near done! It looks like it needs two more months! I was wondering how my plants could mature so slowly, but I bet they will have amazing effects once they are done.

What's your lighting set-up? Sounds like you need either more or stronger lights.
Until then jack them under the lights as close as safe. That'll help.

Oh, they're outside man. Just a couple cuts I could get from a dispensiary with amazing clones, best root structures I have ever seen kind of clones.

You might be experiencing some sort of p or k lockout which is slowing things down? Without seeing them its just a shot in the dark.

Well, the plants are perfectly healthy looking. It's miracle grow mixed in with older miracle grow and seem to be fine, they are just taking their sweet time

Are they getting total darkness outside or is there a light nearby tricking em? Could affect it..

There's a street light, but the plants are blocked by other plants. The light sometimes stays on outside, around the corner from them, Idk if that counts either, and there's the moon hahaha

That's just what I could afford.
Go to Lowe's, and look in the seed rack.
They have envelopes of 0-15-11 made by Burpee for $3.
It doesn't look like a lot in the envelope, but one package lasted me almost 3 months.
As far as your plant, don't feel bad, I have an Indica outside, and I'm still waiting on it, but it showed first flower July 27.

What's your climate like? How many hours of sunlight are they getting? Are the plants heavily shaded by other plants or anything else throughout the day? Days are getting shorter, I'm at less than 10 hours of daylight where I am. You put your plant in a place where it's losing even more daylight, on top of shorter days and freezing temps in some places, you might have your problem. I'm just throwing ideas out there since most of the other avenues seem to have been covered.
