Not everyone is qualified for a card.. Just sayin..If you cant afford your card, you shouldn't be "copping" anything but a card. That's my motto.
.......yet.Not everyone is qualified for a card.. Just sayin..
Fair enough but you'd better realize that NOT every state gives cards out as liberally as say colorado and california. To be honest there's lots of folks who LOVE cannabis ARENT criminals who cant get a card because in alot of state's you have to have a TERMINAL ILLNESS, or a disease or ailment that requires similar consideration. I feel for these folks not consider them shitheads cause my state is more liberal than there's really? Kinda moving one step forward three steps back. Lets not all forget either that at the end of the day in the feds eyes NONE of us are legal! Stumpjumper is rightthere's alot of folks who DONT THINK at all about what there asking someone or the gravity of what there asking ie;-ignorance is bliss for them obviously! lol, If anything it'd be nice to see more uniform laws surrounding this so we can go anywhere in the us and still be treated the same. Just a thought. If you cant afford your card, you shouldn't be "copping" anything but a card. That's my motto.
Lol, thats a good one.Not everyone is qualified for a card.. Just sayin..
I think you just confused the situation.not to try to confuse this situation, but lets not forget with the MSC ruling, there is a Clear Difference between A Registered, and a Non Registered Patient now. Both are protected, but a Registered Pt will be able to use a sec 4 defense unless they are outside of the limits ect.... a Non Registered Pt will not have a Card, but Will have a Drs Recommendation. Both are Authorized under the MMMM Act.. Ofcourse we all know this is still a dicey area, but i suspect if there was a tally, there would be nearly 400,000 Dr Recommendations.
Also do not forget, NOT getting or being OKed to get a Registry Card, does not mean non Authorized. Once a Dr Signs the Recommendation, you are a Legal Patient under the MMM Act, but be aware, as a Non Registered Patient, you are only able to claim a section 8 defense.
Does that mean this guy isn't a Copper in SNITCH clothing? No, but it don't mean he is either.
I know of at least one.....400,000 Dr recommendations. Hmm I don't know a single person who just has a recommendation and did not get registered. And I know alot of patients and caregivers. Im my small town I know of 20+ growers and prob 100+ patients and not one of them just has a Dr. Recommendation all have hard cards.
