The study is posted in a .pdf which is working perfectly fine, I've tried on OSX & Windows 7 Ultimate on different browsers, works fine.

the report does exist, was created by a non-partisan group, the CRS, and was withdrawn because republicans like yourself who still believe in the trickle down fairy pressured them to withdraw it.
