See thats what i said, when this all happene, when they said we got this cause of the smell, n we could smell it outside, I was like no you couldnt, if you smelt anything it was me smoking n i dont have any weed, so u didnt smell anything, cause it didnt even smell in my room, or my house, let alone outside, n if u couldnt smell it inside, they either had to have their face on my window, which would be trespassin, or be giving me a false reason for probable cause for a search warrant , because a tip lead them to my house, now if this is the case my lawyer says, he can prolly get it thrown out unless they have more then just the soo called "tip" and "smell" that didnt even exist anyway...

Hmm yeah something isnt right here. Which hopefully is a good thing for you. If it was a tip then it must have been a major one. Like you had at least ten or so plants all flowering, otherwise why would they need so many officers?!
My point, cept i had 2 plants flowering 1 almost 2 feet, 1 one foot. Never had buds, only 10 days or so into flowering. The other 8 were no bigger then 3 inches..
