Seedling, Day 21, Not looking good, Not sure what's wrong...

So, this is my first grow. I decided to use bag seed just in case I fucked something up.

Day 10: Looking good.

Day 11: In this picture the rockwool is wet, but it was dry when I first found the seedling in this state. I took the picture after got the rockwool nice and wet.

I ran into issues with this seedling once when the roots were growing out the bottom of the rockwool and seem to got dried out. The seedling was all droopy that day and the two bottom leaves never recovered, they looked that color since then.

Day 13:

I moved it to a hempy cup and it seemed to get better, at least it perked up.

Day 21:

Growth seems to be very very slow. I have some growth, but it's tiny, a few more itty bitty leaves popped up as you can see. The picture below is the 21 day after I placed the cracked seedling in rockwool. The seedling took 2 days to crack. As you can see, those first two leaves never really recovered, but the rest of the growth seems so slow. I'm getting new leaves but they are oh so tiny.

Any suggestions? Is this normal, should I scrap this bag seed and start over?

Scrap it , unless you want to be let down ! And dont let them dry out when in the seedling stage , the roots are very delicate at this stage of development ..

i wouldn't scrap it yet. You definitely shocked it but I bet it will recover if you give it a couple more weeks then planned...if it is a valuable seed. If that is bagseed, then I agree, scrap it.

Almost looks like your ph was off or did u introduce too much food too early? Personally when I have had this happen to me in the past I'll pop more seeds while trying to save the sick one. Clonex makes a seedling and cutting nutrient, it's how I pop all my seeds. Gives them something to start off with and is pretty user friendly. Before I even give them the clonex, advanced nutrients makes a product called piranha it's key in getting the seedling started strong and healthy when they first pop there shell I stick them in the root riot plug with a couple drops of this right in the plug. The next morning bam popped completely out of shell and is ready to begin the journey

What a fuckin ugly seedling you have here , christ thats butt ugly my friend, worst ive ever seen. Its root system is rotten from overwatering and the base of the stem is also weak and rotting due to overwatering causing collapse. When you water a rw cube only make it about 50% wet not drenched.

Thanks for the advice. I did so good up until day 10, I should have put the rockwool in a hempy sooner it seems. When I left for work that morning, the plant looked great. By the time I got home, it was dried out. Noob mistake, which was expected as this is my first attempt growing.

It is bagseed. It sounds like the consensus is to dump it and start new.

What makes you think the root system is rotten from overwatering? As I mentioned, everything seemed to go downhill when the rockwool dried out on day 11. The "soaked" rockwool was my response to the plant being bone dry when I got home from work and seen it all limp. Or is there something else you're looking at that gives you the impression that it's an overwatering problem?

As I mentioned, this is my first attempt, I'm a noob. I used bagseed in anticipation of messing something up on my first go around.

I appreciate the input on the rockwool watering.

Yep, it's fucked.

I decided to start over. It looks like the roots did get fucked either that first time they dried out, or from overwatering after that. Not sure.
