sometimes we lived with stupid people who stick their dick in the river but cant fuck with the flow. if a roommate downstairs gets busted how much am i to worry upstairs... im very worried now
if cops search a roommates room, can they search the whole house?

i think he got stupid caught with weed. im taking my shit out of here but theres no way to have the whole setup out/ all stray dead leaves out. not dog proof thats for sure. i will be gone at work and my room will be upstairs and locked. saw cops here tonight talking about him, he got in trouble up in the city.

Let them in without a warrant, keep your door locked.
If they ask to go in, just make something up telling them the access is unavailable.
If they act like the man of the house, kick their asses out and tell them to get a warrant.
They normally won't bring dogs in, but if they ask to just say you are allergic.

This is something a COP would say.
Do not even open the door for the police if they have a warrant they will kick the door in throw a grenade and shoot the dog on entry. If they don't have a warrant that means they didn't have enough evidence of probable cause to obtain a warrant, so now they are at your door hoping your stupid enough to open it and give them probable cause by simply claiming to have smelled pot.
How do I know this because its happened to me. I've been busted growing twice and the first time this is how they got me, I opened the door that's it that's all it took once the door is open your fucked...

If it is a completely different dwelling, you should be OK., but if it is just a house, and you simply occupy the upstairs bedroom, yes, they will.
